Addiction is a spiteful illness that destroys the person and the people around it. What can be most scaring is the promises that are made from the person in that addiction, what are later broken. A phase that stands out, and what I've heard commonly said is “I can stop anytime I want”. 

The carpet that covers the bottle is simliar to one you may find in a weatherspoons pub, that also links the font that the weatherspoon brand uses. There tends to be a weatherspoon in whatever county to go in, in the UK, it recognable.
